Welcome to LinguaFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LinguaFlow website, applications, services, and subscription features ("Service").
By creating an account or using LinguaFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. About LinguaFlow
LinguaFlow is a language-learning platform designed to help users practice and improve their language skills through interactive lessons, exercises, progress tracking, and other educational features.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and use the Service in accordance with applicable laws. If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use paid features.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
- Create accounts using false or misleading information.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Attempt to access another user's account.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with or attempt to compromise the security of the Service.
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute LinguaFlow content without permission.
4. Free and Paid Features
LinguaFlow may offer both free and paid features. Paid features may be provided through recurring subscriptions such as monthly or yearly plans. Prices and available plans are displayed on the LinguaFlow website before purchase. Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your purchase according to the selected billing period. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management options provided by LinguaFlow or Paddle. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not necessarily provide a refund for a period that has already been charged, except where required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Pricing
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If the price of an existing subscription changes, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before the new price applies. The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to that purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All LinguaFlow software, branding, designs, text, graphics, lessons, and other original content are owned by or licensed to LinguaFlow unless otherwise stated. You may use LinguaFlow for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
8. Educational Disclaimer
LinguaFlow is an educational tool. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in a particular language-learning outcome, fluency level, examination result, or academic result.
9. Availability
We aim to keep LinguaFlow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not use LinguaFlow to violate applicable laws, abuse or threaten other users, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, circumvent security or subscription mechanisms, scrape substantial portions of the Service, or damage, disable, or overburden our systems.
11. Termination
You may stop using LinguaFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the Service, or create a security or legal risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinguaFlow will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service or other appropriate means. Your continued use of LinguaFlow after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to LinguaFlow and its operator, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
